• Respect player privacy and game confidentiality
• Follow game rules and facilitate proper game progression

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Premium Features

Some features may require payment. By purchasing premium features, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate payment information
• Comply with our refund policy

6.2 No Refunds Policy for Digital Purchases

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason whatsoever.

6.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for a valid purchase constitutes fraud and breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Pursue legal action and recovery of all costs and fees
• Report fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities
• Permanently ban you from the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

When you purchase a mystery pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal game hosting only.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased content with non-players
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the content
• Reverse engineer or extract content for other purposes
• Claim ownership or authorship of any content
• Use the content for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Post or share full game content publicly (including on social media or forums)

7.3 Third-Party Content

Some mystery packs are created by third-party sellers on our marketplace. WhoDunItHQ is NOT responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of third-party content
• Content disputes or quality issues with third-party packs
• Intellectual property infringement by third-party creators

Any disputes regarding third-party content must be directed to the content creator, not WhoDunItHQ. We do not provide refunds for third-party content.

7.4 User-Created Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

8. Privacy and Data

9. Service Availability

We are NOT liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or service interruptions. Planned or unplanned service interruptions do NOT entitle you to a refund or compensation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any behavior we deem inappropriate. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon account termination:

• Your access to the Service and all purchased content will cease immediately
• You will lose access to all purchases WITHOUT refund or compensation
• Your account data may be permanently deleted
• These Terms will remain in effect for applicable provisions
• You may be permanently banned from creating new accounts

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WhoDunItHQ (Lunafox Games) and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss
• Disputes between users or content quality issues
• Actions or content of third-party creators
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability to you for any claim shall NOT exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase that gave rise to the claim, up to a maximum of £100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhoDunItHQ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
